Points of Light is a remote-first organization. Any U.S. location in the Eastern or Central time zone in a market with a major airport. Washington, DC preferred.

Position Summary:

The Vice President (VP), Corporate Programs is the senior operational leader responsible for integrating and scaling Points of Light’s corporate revenue engine—Activation and Consulting & Insights. Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP), Corporate Programs, the VP translates strategy into execution, protects margin and delivery quality, and supports leadership across Corporate Programs. This role drives portfolio performance, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment for revenue recognition, partnership renewals, and profitability. By collaborating with other departments across the organization, the VP will drive the delivery of Points of Light's corporate volunteer programs with excellence and scalability.

Core Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The VP must be passionate about Points of Light’s mission and demonstrate strong leadership, operational rigor, and revenue orientation.

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate programs, program management, consulting, nonprofit accounting or related fields; nonprofit and corporate partnership experience preferred.
