The Travel Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end process of managing travel requests within the program. This role receives, organizes, and validates travel submissions, ensures all required documentation is complete, and routes requests for client approval. The specialist tracks approval status, follows up on outstanding items, and communicates updates to stakeholders. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests while maintaining compliance with company and client policies.
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is: $57,300—$115,800 USD
