Maintain visibility into demand, approved initiatives, investments, resource impacts, risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio health. Develop portfolio analyses, reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries that support leadership planning and portfolio decision-making.
Partner with Information Technology leaders to understand resource availability, competing priorities, delivery impacts, and capacity constraints. Analyze portfolio demand against available capacity and identify risks, conflicts, dependencies, and tradeoffs requiring leadership attention.
Support technology investment planning by maintaining visibility into portfolio financials, funding requirements, planning assumptions, and investment priorities. Partner with Finance and Information Technology leadership to support portfolio planning cycles and investment reviews.
Partner with Technology Engagement Partners, Project Management Office, Finance, Architecture, Security, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure portfolio information remains accurate, dependencies are understood, decisions are documented, and stakeholders remain aligned regarding portfolio priorities and impacts.
Identify opportunities to improve demand management, portfolio visibility, prioritization methods, reporting, stakeholder experience, and portfolio management processes. Contribute to improvements in tools, reporting, workflow efficiency, and portfolio transparency.
