• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand critical needs and deliver top-tier talent solutions.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load, delivering quality results under tight deadlines.
• Navigate complex compliance and security clearance requirements while maintaining candidate engagement and experience.
• Utilize Eightfold, SAP, and other advanced sourcing platforms to maximize candidate pipelines and data-driven hiring.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine sourcing strategies for high-demand technical environments.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of corporate sourcing experience, with a focus on highly cleared national security and technical roles.
• Proven track record in aerospace or technology talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing high requisition loads with quick turnaround.
• Strong client engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and security clearance processes.
