Technical Solutions Architect (D365)

100% Remote – BUT MUST BE LOCAL TO BOSTONS MA/ CT /NH /NY/VT/ME/RI/NJ – ideally want someone in the north east. Occasional Travel to Connecticut of Maine (Not a lot) ONE INTERVIEW!!

Need a D365 SME: Lifesciences and healthcare is the industry but the person does not need this Background. Expert level in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The Client/Problem:

The client has 100's of labs across the country. A big part of what they use 365 is for MICE- genetically engineered mice. They sell them to bio tech companies for testing. Need help with the Inventory management- mice are different ages, DNA make up, experiments etc… level of complexity that living mice add to Inventory Management is complex.

Need someone who has overseen and been part of Multiple implementations end to end. Looking for a high level Technical Solutions Architect. The client has a number of performance issues. Currently, they have Dynamics 365 all managed and owned by a person in Finance but IT is supposed to support it. A lot of issues between the two, lots of finger pointing.

Need someone from the outside to do an analysis of their implementation. Recommend Implementation, how to fix things, where the gaps are. Has to be someone with really strong soft skills, people skills, communication is HUGE.

Onshore component. Will meet with people in CT and Maine // workshops in the North East area. Technical performance issues are the more pressing ones. Technical component needs to be there. Cannot be a Project / Program manager only. Need that technical to dive deep.
