Position Overview

RRC is seeking two Technical Project Managers to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives, including the Mainframe Transformation initiative. The role requires strong technical project management experience across Azure, .NET, DevOps, data integration, and Agile SDLC environments.

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of technical project management experience with enterprise cloud-based initiatives, preferably Azure.
• 6+ years managing SDLC projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 6+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and related tools/workflows.
• 6+ years managing or coordinating projects involving: .NET Core, C#, SQL Server.
• 6+ years leading cross-functional technical teams.
• 6+ years of experience with resource planning, project budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Experience developing project plans, dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive status reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Mainframe Transformation and Azure-based initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead communication between technical teams, business units, vendors, and leadership.
• Provide technical project oversight for Azure roadmaps, DevOps, CI/CD, and software integration.
• Drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestones.
• Monitor quality assurance and solution performance with technical leads.
• Maintain project charters, plans, dashboards, reports, and executive status updates.
• Coordinate resources and vendors and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Support RRC's regulatory and documentation requirements.

Preferred

Mainframe modernization or transformation experience — listed by RRC as an optional/additional advantage, not a mandatory requirement.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT. Remote position. Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work may be required based on project needs. Overtime must be coordinated and pre-approved by RRC.
