Job Description

The Technical Project Manager is a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role manages key projects and drives process improvement across Privia teams. The Technical Project Manager partners with members of product and technical teams to deliver project and programmatic outcomes. The Technical Project Manager will plan, execute, close out, and monitor projects - all while escalating risks, blockers, and issues. This role emphasizes supporting technical teams, drives project execution and aligning their portfolio of projects to high priority technical roadmaps. This role will partner closely with Product teams to ensure successful execution of project and measurable outcomes.

Essential Job Duties:

• Lead, coordinate, and manage activity between Privia technical and non-technical team stakeholders.
• Directly manage multiple projects simultaneously, and assist in a portfolio of projects owned by Associates & others around Privia.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and communicate status to the project sponsors, management teams, and leaders at every level of the organization.
• Prepare and distribute project artifacts, including delivery/project plans, success metrics/KPIs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project & technical quality assurance processes.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on project priorities.
• Leverage Privia and PMO ROI models for technical projects.
• Coordinate tracking and communicating the progress of AI projects through existing AI governance channels, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and business objectives.
• Leverage a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in order to foster effective project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• 1+ years of remote work experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools preferred (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheet, JIRA).
• Knowledgeable of medical terminology preferred.
• Experience with data collection, reporting, and document management preferred.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Experience with ROI modeling and forecasting of technical projects.
• Familiarity with tech sprint cycles, IT release management and AI/automation initiatives.
• Experience using scrum and Kanban methodology.
• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP preferred.

Salary Information

The salary range for this role is $105,000.00 to $125,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% & Restricted Stock Units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
