About the Role

Join our Delivery Leadership Talent Pool to manage upcoming software and AI solution projects. You’ll bridge business objectives, technical execution, and client success.

What You’ll Work On

• Planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables
• Coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts
• Managing budgets, timelines, and quality for multi-sprint engagements
• Ensuring agile ceremonies, documentation, and transparent communication
• Identifying risks and removing delivery roadblocks

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing technical software or AI projects (agency or SaaS preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban frameworks
• Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them for stakeholders
• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or equivalent
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and organizational skills
• Passion for continuous learning, adaptability, and cross-functional teamwork
• Interest or experience with AI-powered systems is required.
