About the Opportunity

Naveera Technology LLC is delivering Data Engineering, AI/ML & Gen AI, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), BI, DWH, ETL and Application Development (Full Stack, MERN, .NET Full Stack Engineering solutions, plus Contract/Temporary Staffing and GCC (Global Capability Centre) setup across US/Canada, EU, APAC, EMEA, Middle East and India.

We have a strong in-house Sales Leadership team and Technical Delivery team who handle discovery calls, solutioning, proposals and closing. Your job is to open the door & Generate qualified conversations and book appointments with decision-makers.

Your Role

You will identify, reach out to and engage target prospects, qualify their interest and need, and book meetings between the prospect and our Sales Leadership. You are not responsible for closing, pricing negotiation or technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build target account lists in the priority industries and regions below.
• Identify decision-makers: CTO, CIO, CDO, VP/Head of Data, VP Engineering, Head of AI/Analytics, IT Director, Procurement, HR/Talent heads (for staffing and GCC).
• Run outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn (own account), calls, WhatsApp/messaging and referrals.
• Pitch our services using the official Deck and Service Offering documents provided.
• Qualify leads on need, budget range, timeline, authority and current tech stack.
• Book discovery meetings for our Sales Leadership and Technical team, handling time zones across regions.
• Maintain accurate lead, outreach and appointment records in the shared tracker/CRM.
• Share market feedback, objections and competitor insights with leadership.
• Meet weekly activity and appointment targets.

• Data warehousing & transformation: DBT, Delta Lake, Iceberg

• DevOps & IaC: Terraform, Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Docker

Requirements

• 2+ years in IT services, B2B tech lead generation, appointment setting or inside sales (SDR/BDR experience preferred).
• Proven record of booking meetings with senior stakeholders in the US/Canada, EU, APAC, EMEA, Middle East or LATAM.
• Understanding of data engineering, cloud, AI/GenAI and application development services at a business-value level.
• Familiarity with at least some of our target industries and their pain points (compliance, data silos, legacy systems, cost of talent).
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic) are a plus.
• Strong cold outreach skills: email copywriting, cold calling, social selling, follow-up discipline.
• Self-driven, comfortable with commission-only earnings and working across time zones.
• Access to your own prospecting tools and a professional LinkedIn profile.

Compensation

Commission: 8% – 15% of closed deal value, paid once the client signs and payment is received.
