This high-impact position is essential to strengthening our organization’s ability to anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions, ensuring the continuity of critical healthcare services, protecting patient safety, and sustaining essential operations across our ministry.
You will lead the implementation of our enterprise-wide Business and Operational Continuity strategy by establishing strong program governance, driving disciplined program management, and ensuring consistent, high-quality program delivery across the organization.

Through effective business continuity planning, risk assessment, advisory services, training, and exercises, you will help build a scalable, enterprise-wide Business Continuity program that strengthens organizational readiness, minimizes operational disruptions, and ensures the continuity of critical healthcare services and patient care when it matters most.
