AlphaGov is engaging a Student Housing Market & Feasibility Analyst for current higher-education work. A State University of New York campus needs a housing market analysis and feasibility study.

What you'll do

• Analyze student demand, enrollment trends, and off-campus market supply
• Run student surveys and focus groups
• Build financial feasibility and delivery models (including P3)
• Recommend unit mix, phasing, and pricing
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming
