About the Role:

ESTROGENICA Health 360 is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Dothan, AL. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit preparation activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of accounting or related experience preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, P/L's and general accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• 2+ years in Intuit QuickBooks
