We are looking for a highly strategic and experienced Senior Product Line Leader to take ownership of and scale our flash storage product portfolio from its current offerings to an AI factory and datacenter SSD provider. In this senior role, you will be responsible for the product roadmap, from market research and business justification, through development, pricing strategy, and production. You will act as the strategic anchor between top-tier enterprise and industrial customers, sales teams, and our internal engineering teams, ensuring we deliver highly competitive, reliable, and profitable storage solutions. The primary emphasis being on AI factory and datacenter SSD offerings.
10 to 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering with a proven track record of managing full hardware product lifecycles. Deep expertise in the semiconductor, memory, or enterprise SSD storage industry is strictly required. Must possess strong technical knowledge of NAND flash architectures, controller firmware concepts, storage protocols (e.g., PCIe/NVMe, SATA, eMMC, USB), and memory market dynamics. AI & Automation Fluency: Strong proficiency in applying modern generative AI tools and Agentic frameworks to real-world business problems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional team interaction.
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. An MBA or equivalent advanced business degree is highly preferred.
This opportunity is in Newark, California. Remote candidates will also be considered.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and industry events as needed.
The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in Newark, CA or remotely is $160,000 - $187,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
