The Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Community Programs Manager to help us fulfill our mission and best serve our diverse and inclusive community of independent marketers. This is a full-time position that can work from anywhere within the United States and will report directly to the Head of Rosie Experience.

This role is responsible for executing and maintaining the day-to-day programs, systems, and touchpoints that keep the Rosie Community engaged, ready, and well-represented. It operates with a lean, automation-first mindset, translating strategy into high-quality execution across four pillars: Community Engagement & Experience, Talent Readiness & Enablement, Portal Engagement, and Talent Intelligence, with Community Engagement and Talent Readiness at the center of the role. This role shapes how execution happens, informing engagement tactics, campaign design, and content, and does it in a way that stays human-centric even as it scales. It requires close cross-functional partnership across Product, Data, Client Experience, Business Development, and Marketing to keep execution aligned with broader company goals.

Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Experience

• Own and evolve the Rosie Community experience (onboarding, communications cadence, and touchpoints), keeping it aligned with the defined value proposition and delivering a consistent, high-quality journey that doesn't rely on manual, high-touch workflows.
• Maintain and update the community value proposition messaging across onboarding, communications, and engagement materials; recommend refinements based on what resonates.
• Ensure consistency in community voice, responsiveness, and experience across all touchpoints.
• Build and run the day-to-day tiered engagement program and flag when activity patterns suggest a tier or messaging adjustment is needed.
• Own the operational process for monitoring Rosie Community segmentation accuracy (readiness for project placement, demand alignment) and implement recommended updates on a regular cadence.
• Design and run a structured nurture-stage communications and track talent progression through defined journey stages.
• Design and launch re-engagement campaigns for dormant or low-signal talent; report on signal-freshness improvements.
• Own the community platform day-to-day and lead the transition or migration away from legacy tools in partnership with relevant teams, maintaining continuity in communication and setting clear expectations for members throughout the change.
• Partner with Marketing to produce and distribute demand-aligned content, owning the calendar and cadence, and providing audience and journey context.
• Own the existing support model: triage unresolved cases, identify recurring themes, and route persistent gaps to the right owner.

Talent Readiness & Enablement

• Own end-to-end delivery of the course/cohort calendar, logistics, communications, enrollment, and cohort operations, partnering with the Program Manager, Community Learning on content, programming, and production.
• Direct the cohort model day to day: set milestones, own enrollment and delivery logistics, and compile outcome and placement data for review.
• Own credentialing and signaling mechanics operationally, issuing credentials, keeping segmentation-linked signals current, ensuring visibility to client-facing teams.
• Own logistics and administrative follow-through for learning partnerships once approved; provide operational feasibility input during evaluation.
• Keep course content and positioning visibly aligned with active client demand; flag mismatches for strategic review.

Portal Engagement Oversight

• Serve as the ongoing Community-side voice into Product: represent Community needs and intelligence requirements in roadmap discussions.
• Maintain day-to-day visibility into portal data quality, workflow friction, and engagement gaps; document findings clearly for Product to use in roadmap conversations.
• Offer operational and community insights to support the Product team when assessing new tools, integrations, learning resources, and AI-enabled workflows that drive portal engagement and enhancements.

Talent Intelligence

• Serve as a front-line bridge between data and stakeholders, validating requirements and ensuring that outputs are understood and actioned.
• Translate the data team's finished analysis into clear narratives and recommendations. Connect what the data shows to actionable insights.
• Distribute finished intelligence outputs and operational context to Client Experience and Business Development on a consistent cadence.
• Monitor core engagement dashboards (open rates, platform activity, profile updates, enrollment, onboarding completion) and flag notable shifts; recommend experience adjustments based on observed trends.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

• Surface supply gaps and engagement trends to key stakeholders as they emerge.
• Track and report progress against quarterly goals across the four pillars, flagging blockers and trade-offs for leadership decision-making.
• Continuously flag automation opportunities encountered in daily execution work, and partner with the right team to scope and implement.
• Partner with Marketing to align communications strategy with talent segmentation, priority roles, and supply gaps, contributing audience intelligence and journey context.

Requirements

• Passionate about community-building and creating experiences that feel human
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles such as Community Manager, Community Programs Manager, or Community Marketing Manager
• 2+ years of experience in cohort-based program management, learning operations, or course/bootcamp delivery, managing enrollment funnels, milestones, and learning calendar end-to-end
• Experience managing community moderator programs
• Familiarity with community and LMS platforms (Discourse and Moodle preferred)
• Experience leading a platform migration, tool transition, or other significant change management initiative within a community or member base
• Comfortable representing member/user needs to a Product team and translating feedback into clear and actionable input
• Comfortable taking finished data analysis from a data partner and translating it into a clear narrative for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: comfortable drafting Community member-facing copy, stakeholder updates, and internal documentation in a brand-aligned and authentic way
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• High emotional intelligence and a track record of building trust and relationships
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while keeping the experience consistent, thoughtful, and on-brand.

Compensation

Base salary $120,000-$125,000 annually plus company bonus (based on revenue targets and performance goals)*
