Position Summary

The Solution Architect - Cloud Enablement is responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions. This role translates business and technical requirements into practical solution designs, establishes cloud architecture standards, and helps ensure that new and existing technologies integrate effectively across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture and Enablement: Develop cloud solution architectures aligned with the company's business strategy, technology roadmap, security requirements, and financial objectives.
• Solution Design and Integration: Translate business, application, data, infrastructure, and security requirements into comprehensive solution designs.
• Data and Analytics Enablement: Partner with data and analytics teams to design cloud-based data platforms, data pipelines, data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, and business intelligence environments.
• Security, Governance, and Risk Management: Embed cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory, and risk-management requirements into solution designs.
• Delivery and Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance throughout the full solution lifecycle, from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Vendor and Technology Management: Evaluate cloud platforms, software products, implementation partners, and managed service providers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Seven or more years of experience in technology architecture, infrastructure, application development, systems integration, cloud engineering, or a related field.
• Three or more years of direct experience designing and implementing cloud or hybrid-cloud solutions.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000–$230,000 annually, based on location and experience.
