Schedule: Monday – Friday 7AM – 3:30PM PST

Pay

What You'll Do

• Ensure operational readiness & accuracy of software through manual testing.
• Create efficient test case scenarios.
• Document and communicate test results with the team and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and collaborate on bug reports.

Looking For Someone With

• A service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Strong knowledge of IT and mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail for manual QA testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science (or similar) or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years in software testing with familiarity in MS Word, Excel, Jira, Postman. Experience in SaaS software is a plus.
