Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver robust, scalable features end-to-end across both web and backend platforms.
• Engage in technical design conversations, offering insights on architecture and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on new ideas.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code, maintaining high standards in code reviews.
• Elevate team capability by sharing knowledge and embracing a culture of continuous innovation.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on professional software engineering experience in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development.
• Strong practical experience in React/Next.js or React Native for UI development.
• Deep understanding of system design, testing methodologies, and software delivery best practices.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with distributed systems, high-traffic or data-intensive platforms.
• Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies and fast-paced development cycles.
• Background in integrating third-party video conferencing APIs or SDKs.
