As a Software Development Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of developers, driving innovation and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions. You’ll oversee development efforts, translating business needs into cutting-edge .NET applications while fostering a culture of technical excellence. As a strategic leader, you’ll shape workflows, manage resources, and ensure software governance, all while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This is an at-will managerial position. The Trial Court Employment Protection and Governance Act (SB 2140) authorizes the Court to exclude managerial employees from the employment protection provisions of the Act subject to meet and confer.
This position may be eligible for full or partial telework following an initial training period and contingent upon the needs of the Court.
