Job Description

Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and X, posting consistently
Maintain a weekly mix of video and carousel content on each platform (previously 4x/week per platform: 2 videos, 2 carousels; client now wants daily consistency)
Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and X
Design carousels following the established brand color scheme
Write captions and research relevant hashtags for each post
Provide honest, constructive feedback on the client's videos (delivery, hooks, pacing, structure)
Suggest creative ideas for how the client can present and deliver video content
Promote the client's ebook (investing for beginners) with worksheets, across all platforms
Build an email list from scratch (lead capture setup, list growth strategy)
Take ownership of the content calendar so the client can be more hands off
