Make an Impact as a Benefits Specialist (Contractor) at Worldwide

Play a pivotal role in delivering critical U.S. benefits programs that directly support employees during some of the organization's most significant transition periods. As a Benefits Specialist (Contractor), you will serve as both a project leader and subject matter expert, driving the successful execution of annual Open Enrollment, acquisition integrations, divestiture activities, and Total Rewards initiatives.

In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate across Human Resources, Payroll, Communications, vendors, brokers, and leadership teams to ensure employees receive accurate information, seamless enrollment experiences, and exceptional support. Your expertise will help maintain compliance, improve processes, and deliver benefits programs with precision and care.

This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact by leading complex benefits initiatives, managing key stakeholder relationships, and helping employees navigate important benefit decisions throughout the year.

Where You'll Work

This is a REMOTE role open to candidates based in Remote (US). You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and administration of annual U.S. Open Enrollment programs across multiple employee populations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, communications, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Human Resources, Payroll, Internal Communications, vendors, brokers, HCM teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee enrollment configurations, eligibility rules, system testing, data integrity, and vendor integrations to ensure accurate and timely administration.
  • Create and deliver employee communications, educational materials, presentations, webinars, FAQs, and manager resources that drive engagement and understanding.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, providing guidance and support for employee benefit inquiries and enrollment activities.
  • Support benefits integration efforts related to acquisitions, divestitures, workforce transitions, and Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) commitments.
  • Monitor vendor performance, identify process improvements, and enhance the overall employee benefits experience.
  • Provide reporting, analytics, enrollment metrics, and recommendations that support Total Rewards leadership and business decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits administration, including 3-5 years leading Open Enrollment programs within mid-size or large employer environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex benefits initiatives as a project manager, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting benefits activities related to mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, organizational changes, and TSA-related deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits administration, enrollment processes, compliance requirements, and benefits systems.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in English; CBP, CEBS, or related professional certification preferred.
