We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help build Glow’s GTM organization as we scale.

You’ll work closely with our executives and GTM leaders to understand the business, where the organization is going, and the talent we need to get there. You’ll help shape hiring priorities and strategy while staying deeply hands-on in finding and closing exceptional people.

This is a builder role. You’ll own searches end-to-end, build pipelines from scratch, and help create the recruiting practices and ways of working we need as we grow. We’re looking for someone who uses recruiting data to understand what’s working, identify gaps, and improve our processes, while partnering effectively across stakeholders and staying deeply hands-on in execution.

What You’ll Do

• Own GTM searches end-to-end, from defining the profile and hiring strategy through sourcing, offer, and close.
• Partner directly with executives and GTM leaders to understand business priorities, anticipate talent needs, and shape hiring plans.
• Build strong pipelines of exceptional talent through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end, creating a thoughtful, high-touch process that reflects Glow’s culture and helps us attract and close exceptional talent.
• Use recruiting data to track funnel performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve our hiring processes.
• Work across different stakeholders to drive alignment, keep processes moving, and make better hiring decisions.
• Drive hiring with speed, structure, and strong judgment while maintaining a high bar for talent.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through close.
• Build and improve our recruiting practices, tools, and ways of working from the ground up as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company. Cybersecurity experience is a strong plus.
• Strong experience recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, and other customer-facing teams.
• Experience partnering directly with executives and senior leaders on critical hires and broader talent needs.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and a track record of identifying and engaging hard-to-reach talent.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to connect business priorities with hiring needs.
• A data-driven approach to recruiting, with the ability to use funnel and process data to identify gaps and improve results.
• A builder mindset with a hands-on, high-ownership approach- equally comfortable building the process and executing it.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
