Job Description:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
• Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)

Salary Information:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000- $164,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $76,500- $141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
