The Role: Senior Software Engineer (Web Development)

We're seeking a brilliant and passionate Senior Software Engineer with strong web development expertise to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building the web infrastructure that powers our AI platform, making advanced AI accessible to media companies worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications
• Create intuitive, responsive front-end experiences that make complex AI interactions simple and user-friendly
• Collaborate with our product team to understand model capabilities and take part in implementing AI strategies
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of web development excellence and innovation

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular for frontend; Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails for backend)
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of database technologies
• Familiarity with web security best practices and performance optimization techniques

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with or integrating AI/ML services into web applications
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices
• Familiarity with real-time web technologies (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
• Experience with TypeScript or other strongly-typed languages
