Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in the US market. You’ll focus on generating and qualifying leads, engaging decision-makers, and booking demos. This is a high-impact, outbound role for someone who thrives on volume, precision, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100–120 outbound calls daily to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
• Prospect, qualify, and schedule demos with decision-makers who have active hiring needs
• Use Apollo.io, Clay, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach
• Build and nurture relationships with HR Tech and SaaS leaders
• Track all activity accurately in CRM systems
• Consistently meet KPIs across calls, meetings, and demos

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SDR/BDR experience targeting the US market
• 1+ year hands-on with Apollo.io, Clay, Mailchimp, and Sales Navigator
• Background in HR Tech or SaaS sales, with an active US network
• Strong track record in high-volume outbound environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding demo targets
