Senior program manager

Description Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech is seeking a qualified Program Manager. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve program performance and business growth objectives and identify challenges that may lie ahead. The Program Manager will provide senior operational program support for contract program operations and will directly supervise and manage program performance to ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and are conducted within the guidelines and directives. The Program Manager will coordinate and strategize the company new business pipeline and business proposal activities for new business opportunities. The Program Manager must be knowledgeable of program management and business development.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides program management support for the execution of service delivery, staffing, quality control, and contract management
• Develops and fosters key customer relationships for existing contracts and targeted opportunities.

This position offers an annual salary in the range of $170,000 to $180,000, commensurate with candidate's relevant experience, education, and skills. The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Requirements:

• Secret Clearance required
• Top Secret Clearance preferred
• Solid understanding of federal government professional and technical services contracting.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of government contracting experience in Program Management
• Track record of program management success and ability to develop new opportunities for business growth.
• Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Outstanding people management and leadership skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including listening, and a genuine interest in the well-being of all in the organization.
• Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
