Senior product marketing manager

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the strategic marketing leader for a portfolio of MRI's B2B SaaS solutions. You will own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, competitive differentiation, sales enablement, and product launch execution for your assigned product family.

This role requires a highly collaborative and commercially minded marketing professional who can partner effectively with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, product adoption, and market awareness. You will act as the voice of the customer and market expert, helping shape product strategy while translating complex technology solutions into compelling value propositions that resonate with buyers.

You Will:

• Lead Product Positioning and Messaging
  • Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for your product portfolio.
  • Develop differentiated market narratives that clearly articulate customer value and competitive advantages.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, sales enablement, analyst interactions, and customer communications.
• Drive Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Partner with Product Management to align product roadmaps with market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Define launch plans, success metrics, and cross-functional responsibilities to ensure successful market adoption.
• Enable Revenue Growth
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams to improve sales effectiveness and win rates.
  • Create and oversee sales enablement content, including presentations, battlecards, competitive intelligence, demos, case studies, and product collateral.
  • Support strategic opportunities by helping position solutions for key prospects and customers.
• Lead Product Launches
  • Serve as the marketing lead for major product launches and market expansion initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Measure launch performance and optimize future launch strategies.
• Influence Demand Generation Strategy
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing teams to develop campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Provide strategic direction for content, messaging, audience targeting, and campaign themes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results.
• Own Competitive and Market Intelligence
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, customer challenges, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable insights to Product, Sales, and executive leadership teams.
  • Serve as the internal expert on buyer personas, purchasing behaviors, and market opportunities.
• Thought Leadership and Industry Presence
  • Partner with executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content.
  • Represent MRI at customer events, webinars, industry conferences, and analyst briefings.
  • Help strengthen MRI's market positioning and industry credibility.
• Mentor and Influence
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product marketing team members.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Establish best practices that improve go-to-market effectiveness across the organization.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of B2B technology or SaaS product marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record of owning go-to-market strategy and driving business results.
• Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS platforms, PropTech, FinTech, ERP, or other complex B2B technology solutions.
• Proven success launching products and driving market adoption.
• Strong experience developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement strategies.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, customer journey mapping, and SaaS business models.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization.
• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, and sales enablement tools preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Some travel may be required.
