The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Vault, the product ScorePlay started with and the backbone of everything we build since.

Vault is one place for every asset a club, league or federation owns, with AI that recognizes faces, logos and moments so nobody has to tag 30 years of archive by hand. Live production, distribution and publishing all run on top of it. We were one of the first on the market to innovate here, and four years in it is still what makes the rest of the product possible.

Sports organisations hold decades of footage and get a fraction of the value out of it. Working out what we build to close that gap is the job.

Vault is one of our three feature teams, alongside Flow and Live.

What you will own

Vault end to end: how content gets in, how it is stored and connected to our customers' systems, how it is organized and enriched with AI, and what teams can actually do with it once it is there.

The challenges you'll address:

• Make the archive pay off. Licensing, resale, sponsor activations, throwback moments. Find what customers need here and build it.
• Take the AI further. Face and logo recognition are table stakes now. The question is what comes next, so a media team gets more out of AI than a faster tagging pass.
• Make millions of assets easy to find. Metadata, search, rights and usage. A structure that still works when a federation uploads everything it owns.
• Set the product direction. You own the Vault roadmap and you build it on what customers actually need.

You report to our Product Lead. You run your own discovery, which means calls with media directors, time on site at events, and being in the room when Sales or CS hit something real.

What we are looking for

We care about what you have done, not the title you did it under. A senior PM works. So does someone from broadcast, media ops, CS or solutions engineering who has been doing the job without the label.

Five or more years building software products, part of it somewhere small enough that a scope was yours alone.

Technical depth. Storage, ingest, integrations, models. You do not need to write production code, you do need to hold your own with senior engineers.

Discovery and product judgement. You find the pain behind the request and turn a messy hour with a media director into a prioritized bet.

AI-first by default. We are an AI-first company. We expect AI in the features you ship and in the way you work: research, specs, prototypes, analysis. You should already be building this way.

Curiosity for sports media. No media background required, but rights, broadcast workflows and archives have to interest you enough to go deep on them.
