WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer to lead Meta buying for RYZE. Meta is our largest acquisition channel and one of the larger DTC accounts on the platform — we are adding a dedicated testing budget on top of an account that is already scaling quickly. We need a senior operator who has run spend at this level before and can come in ready to own it.

This is a cross-functional role. The biggest levers in our account sit outside the ad manager: the creative we test and the landing pages we send traffic to. You’ll work every day with our in-house Performance Creative and CRO teams to decide what gets tested, read the results, and scale what works.

Responsibilities will include:

• Meta Account Strategy & Daily Management
  • Own campaign structure, budgets, bidding, and pacing across a high-spend account, including scaling structures and pre-launch ramp-up ahead of key moments.
  • Grow spend on top of the existing baseline while holding first-time CAC and new-customer guardrails. Know when to push, when to hold, and how to tell the difference between noise and a real trend.
• Testing at Scale
  • Run a high-velocity testing program for creative and landing pages with a dedicated testing budget.
  • Design clean tests, call them on clear rules, and move winners into scale.
  • Partner with CRO on landing pages, listicles, advertorials, quiz funnels, and new page formats — including pages built for specific audiences, age groups, and stages of awareness.
• Creative Direction from the Buying Seat
  • Turn account data into clear briefs and feedback for the Performance Creative team: which angles, hooks, and formats to make more of, which to retire, and why.
  • Own the feedback loop between buying performance and creative output — not just passing data, but driving decisions.
• Measurement & Attribution
  • Run the account on our attribution stack (Northbeam), reconcile it with platform reporting, and use incrementality testing to confirm that growth is real.
  • Build repeatable buying processes and apply automation and the Meta API to reporting, rules, and launch workflows.
• Leadership & Team Development
  • Set the standard for the account — how it’s structured, how tests are run, and how decisions are made.
  • Mentor and develop the buyers who work in the account.
  • Help shape how RYZE staffs paid media as we expand to more channels.

Professional Qualifications

• 10+ years in paid social, with most of that time spent hands-on in Meta.
• Experience managing $100K+ per day (or $36.5M+ per year) in Meta spend for a DTC or subscription brand.
• Deep knowledge of Meta campaign structure, bidding, budget scaling, and creative testing at volume.
• Fluency with third-party attribution tools such as Northbeam, and experience designing and reading incrementality tests.
• A track record of working closely with creative and CRO teams, with a clear understanding of how landing pages and funnels drive account performance.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or setting direction for other media buyers.
• Strong judgment with data, and the ability to explain decisions plainly to leadership and partner teams.

• Creative partnership — Translates account data into clear creative briefs. Drives the feedback loop between buying performance and creative output.
• Attribution & measurement — Runs multi-touch and incrementality frameworks. Reconciles platform reporting with third-party tools to confirm growth is real.
• CRO fluency — Understands how landing pages, funnels, and page formats affect account performance. Briefs CRO with the same precision as creative.
• Process & automation — Builds repeatable systems. Applies Meta API and automation to reduce manual work and increase consistency.
• Senior leadership — Sets the standard others operate to. Develops buyers, shapes team structure, and communicates decisions clearly to leadership.
