How will you fit into the big picture?

The Sr Manager Strategy will lead Hershey’s highest-priority strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to shape the company’s future direction, drive cross-functional action, and influence the company’s multi-year strategic agenda. As a trusted strategic partner, you will help identify growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive enterprise value and long-term success.

What will you do?

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from problem definition through recommendation and execution.
• Partner with senior leaders across the enterprise to shape and advance Hershey’s strategic priorities.
• Conduct complex analyses, develop data-driven insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support the development and execution of Hershey’s multi-year strategic plan.
• Influence executive decision-making through compelling storytelling, business cases, and leadership presentations.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a consultative thought partner across the organization.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, consumer packaged goods, commercial, growth, or related business functions.
• Proven experience leading strategic and data-driven recommendations in a complex business environment.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of financial metrics and key business drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating complex concepts clearly.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.
