StreamForce is hiring a Senior Enterprise Architect who will also act as our Value Creation practice leader. This is one of the most important roles for our clients' success and for StreamForce's growth: you will lead our GTM transformation programs with an AI-first approach, and shape the offerings we bring to PE sponsors and their portfolio companies.

About StreamForce

StreamForce is a Lead-to-Revenue specialist and an M&A and GTM expert for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. We modernize GTM and finance systems during growth, M&A and restructuring, so revenue teams run on clean data and connected processes.

We partner with Salesforce, DealHub, Nue.io and Snowflake, and deliver Revenue Cloud (RCA / ARM), CPQ, billing and data foundation programs for PE-backed SaaS and B2B companies. Our delivery model pairs senior onshore architects with an offshore build team, and increasingly with agentic AI build pipelines that compress timelines.

The role

You will lead our GTM transformation projects as the senior architect and trusted advisor in the room. That means shaping the AI-first GTM strategy with client executives, designing the target architecture, and steering delivery until the outcomes land.

AI-first is not a feature add-on here. You will redesign lead-to-revenue processes around agents, copilots and automated data flows from the start, then pick the platform pieces that make them work.

You will also lead our Value Creation practice. You will work with PE operating partners at the fund level and with C-level executives at portfolio companies, then turn what you learn into sharper StreamForce offerings, accelerators and go-to-market plays.

What you'll do

LEAD THE VALUE CREATION PRACTICE

• Own the strategy and roadmap for StreamForce's Value Creation offerings for PE-backed companies, including GTM health checks, 100-day plans, M&A integration and AI-first revenue transformation.
• Partner with PE operating partners and portfolio operations teams to understand their value creation theses, then translate them into repeatable programs across their portfolios.
• Engage portfolio company CEOs, CROs and CFOs to tie systems and AI work to EBITDA, revenue growth and exit readiness.
• Package what works into offerings, pricing, case studies and playbooks, and refine them based on client results.
• Enhance the LEVR framework for value creation, turning it into a repeatable playbook that links GTM and AI initiatives to EBITDA, growth and exit-readiness outcomes.
• Expand and optimize our Quickstart library across the Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle, including pre-built Board and leadership-level reporting that gives PE sponsors and portco executives real-time visibility into performance.

LEAD AI-FIRST GTM STRATEGY

• Run executive discovery with CROs, CFOs and RevOps leaders to find where AI can move pipeline, win rate, deal velocity, retention and cost to serve.
• Build AI adoption roadmaps that sequence quick wins (agents for prospecting, deal desk, renewals, collections) ahead of larger platform changes.
• Define the data foundation AI needs: unified customer and revenue data in Data Cloud or Snowflake, governance, and trust controls.

OWN THE ARCHITECTURE

• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support and Finance.
• Design end-to-end lead-to-cash solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (RCA / ARM), Agentforce, Nue.io, DealHub, Zuora and NetSuite.
• Produce architecture blueprints, working prototypes and clear trade-off recommendations on cost, risk and time to value.

LEAD DELIVERY AND M&A PROGRAMS

• Act as lead architect on multiple concurrent programs, from legacy CPQ modernization to post-acquisition platform consolidation.
• Drive data harmonization and GTM system integration during M&A and carve-outs.
• Use AI-assisted build and testing to cut delivery time without cutting quality.
• Guide onshore and offshore teams in Agile delivery across time zones.

GROW THE PRACTICE

• Shape proposals, estimates and solution demos with our sales team, and present to client and PE sponsor executives.
• Build reusable accelerators, AI agents and delivery playbooks.
• Publish thought leadership on AI-first GTM for PE-backed companies.
• Mentor architects and analysts.

What you bring

• 12+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, including 5+ years leading GTM or quote-to-cash transformations.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI in GTM: Agentforce, Einstein, LLM-based agents or copilots, or comparable tools, in production with real users and measured results.
• An AI-first point of view you can defend with executives: where AI belongs in the revenue process, what data it needs, and how to govern it.
• Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (RCA / ARM) or CPQ, plus working knowledge of billing and ERP (Zuora, Nue.io, NetSuite or similar).
• Strong grasp of finance operations: invoicing, payments, revenue recognition and ERP integration.
• Direct working experience with private equity at two levels: PE business operations teams and operating partners at the fund, and C-level executives at portfolio companies. You understand value creation plans, 100-day plans and how sponsors measure portco performance.
• Experience building or leading a consulting practice or offering: shaping services, pricing, IP and go-to-market. Plus a record of leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Comfort with Agile delivery and with estimating and scoping work for proposals.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Salesforce Application or System Architect, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Zuora or Nue.io.
• Exposure to Snowflake as the data layer for AI use cases.
• M&A integration or carve-out work for PE sponsors.
• Hands-on use of AI coding and build tools (for example Claude Code, Agentforce Builder or similar) in delivery.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience with presales responsibility in SaaS, PE or VC environments.

What success looks like

• 90 days | Leading architecture on at least one active client program; first AI-first GTM roadmap delivered to a client executive team
• 6 months | Two or more programs live with measurable AI-driven results; one reusable accelerator or agent added to the StreamForce library
• 12 months | Refreshed Value Creation offerings adopted by at least two PE sponsors across their portfolios; recognized as the go-to GTM leader by operating partners and portco executives; directly contributing to new deals and expansion revenue
