As a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Oil & Gas group, you will be responsible for performing engineering design and analysis under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer in a manner that provides the client with a quality deliverable that is on time and within budget.
Essential Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution, electric power option preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
Licensure: FE is required; PE preferred.
Knowledge and familiarity with: medium and low voltage distribution, Protection & Control Schemes, substation electrical design.
Proficiency with: power system studies software such as PSSE, PSCAD, ETAP, SKM.
Previous experience: coordinating and managing projects with key clients, customers, contractors and others.
Familiarity with: the Oil & Gas market sector.
Possesses: effective written and oral communications skills, good interpersonal and people skills, self-starter with strong initiative.

Work Environment: Work is performed in an office setting and some field work is also required.
Travel: Typical: 15 – 25%
Physical Activities: Must be able to lift 25lbs.
