About Veriff

Veriff guarantees trust for some of the largest consumer platforms in the world. We're known for identity verification, but that is only where we started. Every verification we run strengthens the Veriff Network, a trust layer that gets smarter with each check. On top of it, we're building a portfolio of products that help platforms know who, and what, they're dealing with at global scale.

The market hasn't caught up with that story yet. We need someone to change that.

The role

You'll lead product marketing at Veriff, and your first mandate is to reposition the company. Today we're seen mainly as an identity verification vendor. We need the market to see the truth: That Veriff is a trust platform behind the world's largest consumer brands. You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement across our portfolio.

This is a hands-on role. You'll write much of the work yourself, including positioning docs, launch plans, pitch narratives, and battlecards, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. You'll start with a small team and grow it as our rebuilt sales organization gains traction.

We're looking for someone who will push us. If you have a strong point of view, like to take smart risks, and would rather make a leadership team a little uncomfortable than blend into the category, keep reading.

What you'll do

• Lead Veriff's repositioning. Define how the company, the Veriff Network, and our portfolio are positioned, and get the leadership team, sales team, and market behind it.
• Run product launches end to end, making each one strengthen the company story. Work within a structured annual launch cadence and industry event calendar.
• Equip our sales team to win enterprise deals with pitch narratives, discovery guides, battlecards, and objection handling. Stay close enough to deals to know what's working, and fix what isn't.
• Build competitive and market intelligence, and turn win/loss insight into sharper positioning and better product strategy.
• Partner with Product on pricing, packaging, and roadmap narrative, and with Marketing and Communications on campaigns and external storytelling.
• Develop our PMM team, and shape when and how it grows.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years in product marketing, including time leading the function or a significant part of it, ideally in technical B2B businesses such as AI, SaaS, identity, fraud, payments, security, or API-first companies.
• A strong point of view, and a track record of acting on it. You've pushed a differentiated positioning through real internal resistance, and you can show what it achieved.
• Bold but honest. In a business where trust is the product, you make ambitious claims you can prove.
• Craft. You've personally written positioning for technical products that works for technical and business buyers alike, and you can make a complex trust topic land in one slide.
• Proven impact on sales outcomes. You've built enablement that measurably moved conversion, win rates, or deal velocity.
• Technical curiosity. You enjoy understanding how sophisticated AI products actually work, so you can explain them in a way nobody else can.
• A bias for action. You'd rather write the first draft than wait for direction, and you also enjoy developing the people around you.

Nice to have

Familiarity with regulated industries (financial services, gaming, marketplaces) or developer-led go-to-market motions.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is $200,000 - $220,000 per year. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
