As a Senior Designer, Brand Marketing, you will help elevate brand identity and bring complex technology to life through compelling visual storytelling. Working within a collaborative creative studio, you will deliver high-impact design across digital campaigns, event branding, presentations, and marketing communications. You will partner with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to transform business objectives into polished, consistent, and engaging brand experiences. This role combines independent project ownership with collaborative creative exploration, offering opportunities to influence evolving design systems and creative standards. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, improve production workflows, and expand the creative possibilities of a growing brand.

Accountabilities

• Creative Concept Development and Execution: Develop compelling creative concepts and deliver high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand recognition, communicate the value of Voice AI, and raise the overall standard of brand marketing.
• Multichannel Brand Design: Create a wide range of materials, including event branding, environmental graphics, keynote presentations, campaign assets, digital content, slide decks, data visualizations, and other marketing collateral.
• End-to-End Project Management: Drive design projects from initial briefs through final delivery by establishing milestones, maintaining momentum, identifying next steps, and proactively addressing risks or potential blockers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing stakeholders and teams across the organization to understand business objectives, translate requirements into effective design solutions, and maintain a consistent creative direction.
• Design System and Brand Governance: Apply and extend established design systems, brand guidelines, and templates while helping implement updated standards and ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
• Creative Exploration and Feedback: Participate in parallel creative explorations, contribute ideas to collaborative design discussions, incorporate feedback constructively, and support the final direction selected by the team.
• Creative Leadership Alignment: Exercise sound judgment in managing projects independently while recognizing when high-visibility, innovative, or precedent-setting work requires early alignment with creative leadership.
• Design Quality and Optimization: Maintain exceptional standards in typography, layout, spacing, color, hierarchy, and visual detail. Use preference testing, available data, and stakeholder feedback to inform design decisions and improve outcomes.
• AI-Enabled Creative Workflows: Integrate AI tools into ideation, visual exploration, iteration, and production to accelerate workflows and automate repetitive tasks without compromising brand consistency or creative quality.
• Studio Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with designers, contractors, and other creative contributors, experiment with emerging creative technologies, and share effective AI-assisted workflows and best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: At least seven years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or communication design, ideally within a fast-growing B2B technology or SaaS company, or through relevant agency experience.
• Strong Design Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating polished, production-ready creative work across print and digital channels, with exceptional typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, color, composition, and attention to detail.
• Brand Systems Expertise: Proven experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines, with the ability to extend them consistently as business and creative needs evolve.
• Design Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Figma, including Figma Weave, Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, and presentation software such as Google Slides.
• AI-Enabled Design Experience: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows, including image generation, AI-powered features in design applications, and AI-assisted copy or layout development.
• Creative Judgment: Ability to balance originality with established brand standards, determine when to work independently, and recognize when leadership input or cross-functional alignment is needed.
• Project Management and Prioritization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, identify trade-offs, and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
• Communication Skills: Clear, proactive communication regarding project progress, creative decisions, risks, and dependencies, with the ability to present ideas and explain design rationale effectively.
• Collaboration and Adaptability: A team-oriented mindset, openness to feedback, willingness to explore multiple creative directions, and the ability to work effectively with designers, stakeholders, and external creative partners.
• AI-First Mindset: Genuine curiosity about the evolving role of AI in creative work, willingness to experiment with new tools, and the ability to adapt workflows as technology advances in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: Annual base salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000, depending on work location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
