What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience building complex backend systems with a deep understanding of scalable, distributed architectures.
• Responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic, APIs, and databases that power the SaaS product.
• Focus on creating robust, scalable, and secure backend services.
• Design and develop APIs and microservices to support frontend/third party clients functionality.
• Implement data storage solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
• Optimise server-side logic for scalability and high availability.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to define data requirements and integration.
• Implement security measures, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend performance issues.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages PHP, nodejs, python.
• Experience with API design (RESTful and GraphQL).
• In-depth knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL - PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL - DynamoDB).
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS Lambda) and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on security and performance.
