Senior ai engineer

Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior AI Engineer for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Define AI workflow architecture patterns and engineering best practices.
• Review and guide implementation of AI pipelines and workflow orchestration.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of deployed workflows.
• Mentor other AI Engineers and support knowledge transfer.
• Ensure compliance with Scout Motors’ security, privacy, and Responsible AI requirements.
• Define program goals, scope, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with organizational strategy.
• Monitor program performance, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through status reports and review meetings.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, project delivery, and change management.
• Foster collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and other departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or related field experience.
• Fluency in AWS based platforms is a plus.
• 8+ years of proven experience in AI, preferably in the automotive sectors or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive success.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, CISSP or CSM is a plus.
