Job Description

You’ve built teams that win. Now come build the one that sets the standard. Vasquez Law Firm is hiring a Sales Manager to own the Immigration Sales Team across our offices in Smithfield, Raleigh, Charlotte and Orlando. This is not a seat for someone who wants to maintain a pipeline. It’s for a leader who wants the number, the team and the scoreboard to be theirs. If you get energy from moving conversion rates, turning a struggling rep into a closer, and walking into a leadership meeting with the data to prove it, keep reading.

Every signed case on this team is a family getting the help they came for. Every missed follow-up is one that went somewhere else, or nowhere. The stakes are real, and so is the demand. We have the lead flow, the multi-state footprint and the brand. What we want is a leader who turns that into consistent, predictable, best-in-market conversion.

You’ll have direct access to firm leadership, real authority over how the team sells, and a seat at the table when we decide where the firm goes next. You’ll be measured on results, and you’ll be given what you need to get them. This role isn’t for everyone. If you prefer to manage activity rather than outcomes, or you’d rather be liked than respected, this won’t be a fit.

If you’ve been waiting for a team, a market and a leadership group that will let you build something great and hold you to it, it will be. The number: Set the targets, standards and cadence. Own department conversion and every rep’s close rate. Run weekly and monthly reviews, spot trends early and act on them. Coach or correct gaps fast.

The pipeline: Make sure every lead is accounted for, followed up and moved forward. Know where each opportunity stands, where deals are stalling and what it takes to unstick them. Enforce follow-up standards.

The bench: Build closers. Run the daily huddle, teach objection handling and conversion skills that stick, and audit calls to hold a high bar. Build development plans and turn underperformers around on a timeline.

The machine: Make the sales process run the same way every time, in every office. Partner with Intake and IT to sharpen CRM usage, lead tracking and reporting. Make sure every signed client lands cleanly with Contract Specialists and onboarding.

The client experience: Know the firm’s immigration services cold and stay current on policy changes. Make sure reps represent the firm accurately and professionally on every call. Surface and fix anything in the process that hurts clients.

The story the data tells: Bring leadership clear reporting on KPIs, wins, problems and recommendations. Be a strategic voice on sales strategy, training and process.

3 to 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including leading a team, with numbers you can point to. Experience managing pipelines, conversion rates, KPIs and targets, and using CRM data and reporting to make decisions. A coach who develops people and holds them accountable. Deep understanding of lead management and sales process, enough to fix what’s broken. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the judgment to act on incomplete information. Excellent written and verbal communication, with reps and with firm leadership. Organized and effective in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred). Experience in immigration, legal services or another client-service environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, management or a related field.
