Job Overview

We are looking for a salesperson who can build a pipeline and own it. You will sell two things: engineering and Data and AI capability, delivered as dedicated teams and managed capacity, and the products and solutions our own practices build. Your primary focus is the US SME market, with the GCC as a secondary, opportunistic market. You report directly to leadership and work closely with our presales team on every proposal that matters. This is a hunting role. Marketing will support you. It will not fill your calendar.

Since 2012 we have grown from a Karachi startup to a team of 450 plus across three continents, building products and data platforms for companies including Careem, Unilever, and Dubai RTA. We work in Data and AI, Engineering, and Cloud, and we ship production systems rather than slide decks.

What you will do

• Source and close new business, with US SME customers as your primary target and the GCC as a secondary, opportunistic market.
• Sell resource augmentation and managed engineering teams to technology leaders.
• Sell our products and solutions through consultative cycles, with presales alongside you.
• Own pricing, scope boundaries, and commercial terms on your deals.
• Grow the accounts you land, from a first pod into a long term engagement.
• Keep a clean, honest pipeline and forecast in HubSpot, and report weekly to leadership.

Non-negotiables

• Demonstrated experience selling into the United States.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

What else we are looking for

• Six to ten years selling B2B technology or services, including three or more selling resource augmentation, managed teams, or IT services.
• A record of generating your own pipeline, with named deals and numbers you can talk through.
• A network in the US SME market; GCC experience is a plus.
• Comfort selling offshore delivery, including the objections that come with it.
• A track record of working with presales and delivery on technical proposals.
• Arabic language skills, Data and AI literacy, and product selling experience are all a strong plus.
