The successful candidate combines enablement strategy, program design, facilitation, coaching, content development, and cross-functional partnership. This person will partner closely with Solution Engineering leaders, field teams, Product Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them into practical, scalable enablement experiences.

The role will design and execute end-to-end programs that help Solution Engineers connect technical capabilities to customer outcomes, lead effective discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, navigate technical validation, and partner effectively with Account Executives throughout the customer journey.

Core Competencies

  • Solution Engineer Audience Expertise: Understands the needs, workflows, and development priorities of Solution Engineers and other technical pre-sales roles.
  • Enablement Strategy & Program Design: Builds role-based learning journeys that connect business priorities, technical knowledge, practice, application, and reinforcement.
  • Technical Storytelling & Value Articulation: Helps technical audiences translate complex capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value and business outcomes.
  • Facilitation & Coaching: Creates engaging learning experiences and provides actionable feedback through workshops, labs, role-plays, demonstrations, and individual or small-group coaching.
  • Program Ownership & Agility: Leads initiatives from needs analysis through launch, measurement, and iteration while adapting to changing field and business priorities.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Uses performance data, stakeholder feedback, and learner insights to assess readiness, skill adoption, and program effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Builds trusted relationships across Solution Engineering, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and other GTM teams.
