Who we are looking for:

Creatio is scaling fast — and we’re looking for a Sales Leader ready to make a big impact. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you’ll build develop and inspire a high-performing sales organization, shape sales strategy, win complex enterprise deals, and accelerate Creatio’s growth across the Enterprise and Commercial segments. This role will be based in the United States.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Own:

• Deliver on regional sales targets by executing Creatio's go-to-market strategy
• Build and lead a high-performing team — hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
• Run a consistent, repeatable cadence of business development activity
• Stay hands-on: actively participate in deals, partner engagements, and key sales conversions
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and report regularly on progress against targets
• Drive urgency and adaptability, championing new ideas and process improvements across the team

Hands-On Leadership:

• Craft and execute bold, creative sales strategies
• Build lasting C-suite and VP-level relationships directly with clients
• Grow and support the channel partner ecosystem
• Deliver compelling, high-impact sales presentations and demos

Team Leadership:

• Recruit and develop exceptional talent
• Build a culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and growth
• Coach and support your team to strengthen both performance and relationships
• Give timely, constructive feedback to support development and address underperformance
• Collaborate seamlessly across in-office and remote, global teams with a strong "getting things done" mindset

Requirements:

• 10+ years in enterprise software sales, including 4+ years in a front-line leadership role
• Background in enterprise B2B SaaS — spanning categories such as CRM, BPM, ERP, EPM, low-code/no-code, e-commerce, BI, CX, XM, HCM, supply chain management, or marketing automation
• A strong track record of effective people management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team success and lasting client relationships
• Experience selling to large enterprises across industries, managing long sales cycles and large, complex deals
• Comfort operating in multi-channel, multi-product enterprise sales environments
• Sharp understanding of key market and industry trends
• A consistent history of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets
• A strong personal network within the region
• Self-motivated, energetic, and genuinely passionate about sales
• Experience thriving in a remote-first environment
