The Sales Director, Pharmaceuticals is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding market presence within the pharmaceutical and life sciences vertical. This role is focused on developing and executing a strategic sales approach to secure new logos, build a robust pipeline, and establish long-term customer relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), and other life sciences organizations.
This individual will serve as the primary driver of revenue growth within the pharmaceutical vertical, aligning technology and security solutions to customer business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry challenges. Over time, this role will evolve to include building, leading, and mentoring a team of account executives to scale growth and expand Minuteman's presence across the pharmaceutical market. Expected travel to Minuteman offices on the East Coast and to customer sites 50% of the time.

The base salary range for this role is $108,000 - $150,000 with variable commission plan commiserate with quota targets. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus or commission in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
