Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Full-Time - Independent Contractor | Remote | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the sales team of a growing company in the real estate technology and data analytics space. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on building pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly motivated by results, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and multi-channel outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
• Prospect into new markets and identify potential customers that align with the company's ideal customer profile.
• Re-engage warm leads, including previous inquiries, demo requests, and prospects who were previously interested but did not move forward.
• Qualify prospects through effective discovery conversations and identify their needs, challenges, and potential buying intent.
• Book qualified appointments for Account Executives or senior sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect information in the CRM.
• Follow established sales messaging, outreach processes, and qualification standards while adapting conversations naturally to each prospect.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on follow-ups and provide relevant prospect information to support the sales process.
• Monitor outreach activity and results, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall prospecting effectiveness.
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach sequences, lead nurturing strategies, and sales development processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar outbound sales role.
• B2B SaaS sales experience is required.
• Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, appointment-setting, or activity-based targets.
• C1, C2, or Native-level English proficiency, with excellent spoken communication skills.
• Confident in engaging and building rapport with U.S.-based prospects, including decision-makers and senior-level contacts.
• Strong discovery, qualification, objection-handling, and appointment-setting skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with sales engagement, prospecting, or dialing platforms is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, resilient, organized, and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a large volume of prospects and follow-ups.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, real estate investment, PropTech, or real estate technology.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to U.S.-based businesses.
• Experience creating or improving sales outreach sequences or lead-nurturing processes.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales professionals.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or prospects.
