About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to manage the end-to-end sales cycle with top-tier enterprise B2B organizations across the US market.

In this role, you will engage directly with key decision-makers, including CROs, Heads of Sales, and Sales Operations leaders, within Fortune 2000 and Inc. 5000 companies. You will be selling a category-defining product in enterprise sales—one that offers clear, demonstrable value to prospects even during the first demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Drive the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and contact to demonstration, negotiation, and closing, with support from the SDR, BDR, and leadership teams.
• Identify, prioritise, and prospect into high-fit accounts: Fortune 2000 enterprises and fast-growing Inc. 5000 companies. Shortlist target accounts, map key stakeholders, and execute personalized, insight-led outreach campaigns (you will use OrbitShift and see it’s value first hand).
• Engage senior buyers: CROs, Heads of Sales, Sales Ops leaders, Heads of Business Development through consultative discovery and compelling demos that connect OrbitShift’s capabilities to their specific revenue challenges.
• Multi-thread within accounts to build broad organizational buy-in, not just a single champion relationship.
• Manage structured pilots and POCs in close collaboration with the Customer Success team, ensuring early value realisation and smooth conversion to paid contracts.
• Lead commercial discussions including scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation to meet and exceed revenue quota.
• Use OrbitShift’s own platform to research, prioritise, and engage your target accounts — you’ll be a power user and credible internal voice on what makes the product better.
• Act as a feedback loop between the market and the product team — surface recurring objections, buyer insights, and competitive intelligence to shape roadmap priorities.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in CRM, provide accurate forecasts to leadership, and contribute to a culture of data-driven sales execution (this will be much easier with OrbitShift integrated into the CRM system!).

Requirements

• Strong experience in B2B Technology product sales for US Enterprise segment.
• Prior experience working at fast growing, early stage startup.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Entrepreneurial mind-set to take initiative and drive charge.
