Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferred but not required).
• A Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

Compensation and Benefits

Earning Potential: Competitive, commission-based structure with the opportunity to earn over $140,000 in your first year. Top performers can earn $200,000+ in subsequent years. Earn an average of $1,000 per client application, with full-time advisors enrolling 5 clients per week and top performers securing 15-20 clients weekly. Beyond commissions, you'll have access to overrides, bonuses, residuals, and equity options.
