Remote customer service specialist (finance & insurance)

Turing is looking for candidates who have solid experience in customer service, client relations, or account management within the finance and insurance sectors.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your expertise in financial services and customer communication. No prior AI experience is required. These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to enhance customer experience, streamline service workflows, and improve communication quality in finance and insurance operations.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:

• Design and solve real-world customer interaction and service scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured solutions and dialogues covering claims assistance, policy inquiries, financial product guidance, and client communication.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, empathy, and compliance with financial and insurance standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Specialist, or Client Support professional in the finance or insurance sector.
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex financial or insurance concepts in a clear and professional manner.
