Client Service Specialist (Contract to Hire)

Pay: $21.47/HR + Monthly Bonus Potential

Duration: 4 month contract to hire

About the Role

Join a fast-growing, tech-first business insurance provider that's redefining how small businesses get coverage.

This is a true inbound customer service role. You'll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance.

What You'll Do

• Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on one-call resolution
• Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
• Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
• Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
• Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and follow-ups
• Contribute to a team-focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

What We're Looking For

• Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred)
• Active Property & Casualty license required (must be general or commercial lines - CANNOT be personal lines)
• Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Dependability and a team-first mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
