Position Overview

DuPont is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow our industry-leading DuPont™ Tyvek® and Tychem® personal protection portfolio across Northern California and Nevada.

What You'll Do

• Grow sales and market share across the region.
• Build relationships with end users, distributors, and channel partners.
• Identify and close new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training.
• Partner with distributors to drive customer adoption and business growth.
• Manage opportunities, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Represent DuPont at industry events and customer meetings.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or territory management.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working through distribution or channel partners.
• Experience in safety, PPE, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or related industries.
