The Impact You Will Make: Lead Practices. Develop Leaders. Drive Growth. At Imagen Dental Partners, we believe great operations create great patient experiences. We are looking for a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to partner with our supported dental practices and help drive operational excellence, team development, and sustainable growth across a portfolio of 10–15 practices. This is an opportunity for a business-minded leader who thrives on building relationships, developing high-performing teams, and turning strategy into results. You'll work directly with doctors, Office Managers, and support teams to improve performance, strengthen culture, and help practices achieve their full potential.
Partner with doctors and Office Managers to drive practice growth, operational excellence, and financial performance. Lead the non-clinical operations of 10–15 supported dental practices. Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that improve revenue, profitability, and patient experience. Coach, mentor, and develop Office Managers into confident and effective leaders. Support workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and team development initiatives. Monitor and manage practice performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators. Serve as a trusted advisor to practice leaders and a key partner in solving operational challenges. Lead the implementation of company initiatives, best practices, and growth strategies across the region. Build strong relationships and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
