The Regional Manager oversees the operational, financial, and compliance oversight of a large portfolio of affordable housing communities. This role will oversee an Assistant Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will report to the Regional Director of Operations. This role requires strong knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC, and other regulatory housing program requirements. The role provides leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, customer service, and excellence. Key objectives include maximizing property performance, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and ensuring all communities meet company standards and regulatory expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferred or extensive background in multi-family affordable housing. Three to Five years of progressive multi-site management experience in Project Based Section 8 and Tax Credit properties, including regional level responsibility. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and improve operational performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel regularly within assigned region.
