Lime is hiring a Regional EHS & Global Security Manager to join our Global Operations team! In this role, you will act as the dedicated regional EHS leader for NA, LATAM, and APAC while also serving as the global program owner for site-security governance. You will be an instrumental member of the EHS team by driving regional workplace safety, establishing a proactive regulatory compliance framework, standardizing site security, and mitigating operational risks to protect our employees, assets, and facilities. This is an individual-contributor role that leads through subject-matter expertise, program ownership, and cross-functional influence.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, evolving, multi-site environment. You are a practical problem solver who can respond to immediate operational needs while building scalable, long-term solutions. You are energized by improving systems, strengthening execution, and building a safety-first culture.

This is a remote position in the United Statement with a preference for candidates to reside in Central Timezone to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

This position requires occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Regional EHS Program Execution (NA/LATAM/APAC)
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs across NA, LATAM, and APAC, partnering with operational leaders to strengthen safety practices and manage priority risks.
• Conduct routine site safety audits, inspections, workplace assessments, and market visits to support field operations and implement continuous improvements.
• Lead incident investigations using an established, standard framework and oversee corrective action management to prevent recurrence.
• Provide safety coaching and structured field engagement to operational leaders.
• Manage and support internal programs, such as training, and safety initiatives from development to execution, including global metrics support and project completion tracking.

Regional Regulatory Compliance

• Coordinate tracking of applicable occupational health, safety, environmental, and permitting requirements across relevant markets, partnering with Legal and regional experts as needed.
• Establish proactive compliance reviews, audit schedules, and regulatory readiness frameworks to prepare operations for inspections before they occur.
• Manage regulatory interactions, engagements, submittals, and compliance.

Global Site Security Governance

• Own day-to-day program management for Lime’s global physical site-security governance, including standards, assessments, reporting, and follow-up mechanisms.
• Develop, implement, and maintain global physical site security standards and controls across all facilities.
• Perform site security risk assessments and oversee security incident reporting, trend analysis, and response procedures.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, Legal, HR, and Operations to identify control gaps, align on practical improvements, and track implementation through closure.

About You:

• 5+ years of professional experience in environmental, health, safety initiatives, campaigns, research, communications, large scale project management, and regulatory submittals.
• Focus on executing: Being on the front edge of our safety strategy means you can prioritize and execute well while maintaining a long-term strategic focus and effectively report out results to stakeholders.
• You are a self starter, problem solver, and proactive in reaching out for guidance about items that may affect completion timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Travel up to 30%

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in hyper-growth startups, fleet/mobility operations, or multi-site distribution/warehousing environments.
• Professional Safety or Security Certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CPP, or regional equivalents).
• Experience with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 implementation.
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Multilingual skills (Spanish preferred for LATAM oversight).

The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
