About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day recruitment process, helping coordinate interviews, maintain candidate information, communicate with applicants, and keep hiring activities organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment information in internal systems.
• Support job postings, candidate screening, and other recruitment activities.
• Prepare interview materials and help hiring teams stay organized throughout the process.
• Assist with candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.
• Help improve recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Compensation

$42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
